The first Royal Navy pattern sword was created in 1805. This pattern was superseded by the 1827 pattern. The 1827 pattern is still carried by Royal Navy Commissioned Officers today. Close to 200 years of military issue!
Our reproduction model features a stainless steel blade with ornate filigree design. The hilt with the iconic hinged guard is brightly finished. The timber sheath is bound in faux leather, with furniture to match. Making for a fantastic piece.
