Visa and MasterCard are accepted on our website and in-store. Cash is accepted in store.

We ship to Australia & New Zealand daily. These orders are processed via out online shopping cart. For orders outside these regions you will need to contact us directly for a quote.
All cards are charged in New Zealand Dollars. The currency select will give an approximation of the currency exchange conversion.
For national NZ orders: Once the payment has cleared we aim to have orders packed and out for collection in 1-3 work days. There is then a further 1-6 workdays transit time depending on your location.
For Australian Orders: Once the payment has cleared we aim to have orders packed and out for collection in 1-3 work days. Transit times for international orders vary. Generally they should arrive within 10 days of being collected from us.

You are welcome to pick up ordered goods. You can order via the shopping cart, or contact us directly.
An email with tracking is sent either once your order is readied for collection / or once it has been collected by the courier driver. It may take some time before your tracking shows any status info in the system.
ORDER STATUS MEANINGS
= We have your order. Your payment has cleared.
For Delivery: It is with our team. They will pack it, and put it out for collection asap.
For Pick Up: If you have not already. Book in with us to make your collection / check availability.
= There is nothing further for us to do with your order. Your order has been completed at our end.
For Delivery: Your order is now packed and awaiting collection by the courier. - Keep an eye out for tracking information emailed to you. This tracking info often arrives within 24 hours of this notification.
For Pick Up: Your goods have been collected.
= Your goods will need to be paid for.
For Delivery: Your order is pending dispatch. If you have paid via bank transfer already this status will be manually updated to "awaiting processing" or it may go straight to "order finalized" once your payment has been checked and cleared.
For Pick Up: If you have not already. Book in with us to make your collection / check availability. - You can pay in store.
Any order containing a pre-order product will not be dispatched until the pre-order product is available.
Our specially designed shopping cart and check out system will make purchasing your desired items hassle free. Just add any product you like to the cart and either continue shopping or proceed to our secure checkout.
