Its hand-made, polished carbon steel blade is fully sharpened and shaped with a slightly broader profile than the classical form—offering added weight, control, and durability for measured practice cutting such as backyard tameshigiri or water bottle targets.

A full-tang core runs through hardened rubberized scales, secured with brass pins to provide a solid and ergonomic grip. The compact steel crossguard complements its clean, functional lines, while the timber scabbard is finished in textured black lacquer and fitted with a paracord sageo.
