Description
*Priced per foot. Please select your required amount.
"Ito" is the Japanese word for the braid used in the construction of Japanese sword/knife handles. It is essentially a flat rope.
You could use it for any desired purpose, not just handle binding.
Our ito here is a quality soft, imitation silk, synthetic ito. Aside from a few exceptions marked as "cotton", which are cotton.
> For a standard sized 10" tsuka (handle) you will need 12' on average.
> For 8 rings on a standard saya you will need 7 feet. Though, adding an additional +1 foot onto this total will make the whole knot tying experience a lot easier.
We can supply up to 30' uncut. If you want longer than this uncut please contact us first and we will try put the least amount of cuts in it as possible.

Web page item needs a length reference ie $2.00 per xx mm. Confusing otherwise. SUPERIOR SWORDS If you read the description the info is there. Stating it is priced per foot.
